Prelude to future action (2005)
The Space Program was already in action, but it's fundamental release Space was not out yet. When asked to contribute a track for the Atlantic Waves festival compilation CD (distributed with the Wire magazine), i preferred to record something that would say "not ready yet". I wanted Space to be the first release of Space Program material.

  • Released:  Exploratory Music from Portugal compilation, The Wire/ FCG-UK (CD, London, 2005)

Creamy Burst (1995)
I was invited to participate in a compilation of local rock bands (i was more involved with rock at the time), and i proposed to end the compilation with this very short piece.
Later i played it live, 30 minutes of twin feedbacks...

  • Released:  100% compilation, Ant3na, MA 051 (CD, Lisbon, 1995)

AER 7 E acoustic (1992)
A home recording of a rehearsal for a live performance of AER 7 E with acoustic guitars. Pedro Costa, João Pinheiro, João Oliveira e Silva and myself are playing.

  • Previously unreleased

Hard Drive (1994)
This one was recorded at RPI in Troy, NY, in 1994, while i was developing a project to present in NYC (the “waveform study” thing).

  • Previously unreleased

Waveform study (1993)
Musically i find this quite uninteresting - except that this was meant to feed an oscilloscope, it's an assembly of guitar waveforms that produce an interesting visual reading on an oscilloscope. It's a demo for the “Electrical Guitarmedia Perception” performance at Experimental Intermedia in NYC, supported by Bolsa Ernesto de Sousa.
